Cancellation & Returns Policy

Buyers are happy when they have more flexibility and support. Aghori Store offers a smooth shopping experience along with simple replacement, return, and cancellation options to make every purchase with us an experience to cherish.

How to cancel order?

  • Email us at help@aghoristore.com
  • Place a request for cancellation of your order, or any item(s) in your order, before the item(s) are shipped from our warehouse.
  • International orders cannot be cancelled once shipped from our end, and customers cannot request refunds for the same.

How to return or replace defective or damaged items?

In the unlikely event that the merchandise delivered to you is damaged, leaked, defective, or different from what you ordered, you may request a replacement. The product must be unused and returned in the same condition as received, along with the original packaging and invoice within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.

We do not accept international Returns & Replacements.

We may not accept the following articles unless returned in original and sealed packaging:

  • Opened or used beauty and personal care products
  • Products with damaged or missing packaging
  • Any personalized or altered items

Replacement is applicable only for Beauty Care & Personal Care Products (such as shampoo, conditioner, hair oil, face wash, serum, etc.) if:

  • The product is leaked or damaged upon delivery.
  • The nozzle or packaging is broken when received.
  • The wrong or defective product is delivered.

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original sealed packaging.
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty care and personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Exchanges are not applicable for reasons other than leakage, damage, defective product, or broken packaging.
  • No returns or refunds will be processed for opened or used products.

How to get Refund or Replacement?

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected by our quality assurance team. After approval, we will process the replacement or refund (if applicable) as soon as possible, within a maximum of 15 Days. Products showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or modification may not qualify for replacement or refund. Returns without original packaging or invoice may also be refused.

How do we process return requests for damaged or tampered products?

  • We process return or replacement requests only after receiving the merchandise in unused condition with its original packaging and invoice. Failing this, replacement, exchange, or refund may not be possible.
  • In some locations, if reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to courier the package through a courier service of their choice and share the courier receipt details with us.
  • Any return or replacement request must include the original invoice and packaging. We may not be able to process requests without the required documents.
  • Before accepting delivery, please ensure the package is not damaged or tampered with. If the package appears damaged during transit, kindly notify us within 24 hours of delivery. If you believe the merchandise is not in proper condition, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately at help@aghoristore.com , mentioning your order reference number. We will make every effort to arrange a replacement delivery at the earliest.

If you do not receive your order?

For security reasons, all our orders are shipped through trusted courier partners. In the unlikely event that your order is not delivered, we will investigate the issue and process a suitable resolution, including refund if applicable.

How to get the defective item replaced?

We take utmost care while packing and shipping your products. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and will arrange a replacement as soon as possible without any extra cost.

You are requested to notify us via email within preferably 24 hours of receiving the product along with photographs of the damaged or defective item(s). Once verified, we may request you to courier the product back to us, and we will process the replacement at the earliest.
